- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We cancelled our policies with Farm Bureau after a disagreement with the agent, Dave Deshon, over car insurance quotes. We signed a cancellation letter at his office on June 12th. Today, 7/6, we received a bill from Farm Bureau that our account is scheduled to have an automatic withdrawal on 7/8. Turns out the Denver office never received the cancellation notice. Called Deshon's office at 4 pm, no one ever called back. Hopefully between us and the Denver rep, we can get this fixed before Farm Bureau's auto withdrawal process on 7/8. Beyond unprofessional. Deshon''s office didn't just drop the ball, they kicked it into the weeds.By Russ Johnson, January 13, 2017
